Business Manager Q & A
The NDDPI will be having a TEAMS meeting for WebGrants external user questions and training on Wednesday, November 17 at 9:00 a.m. CDT.

  • Please email Shauna Greff with questions by Monday, November 15.
  • There will be time after emailed questions are answered for any additional questions.
  • Questions should pertain to:
    • General fiscal (UGG) guidance
    • NDSDFARM Coding
    • Technical WebGrants

We will not go through specific program allowability as those questions should be directed to Program Managers.

Students can earn ½ credit for participating in the Business Manager Q & A tomorrow.  Complete the Affiliate/Continuing Education Credit Form and email it to me to receive credit.  Include the credit name, date of credit, credit available, your signature and the date you signed.  I will verify for the event staff section on the form.  The deadline to email the form to me is December 31, 2021.

Learning Loss Report

As a reminder, all districts receiving ESSER I, II, or III funding need to complete a learning loss report within the WebGrants system as required by our state Legislature. The report must be submitted on or before December 1, 2021.

We have created a new Q & A answering the most commonly asked questions since the report was opened on November 1, 2021.

The following resources are available to assist school personnel in completing the report:

Students that participated in the Learning Loss Training on November 1 or view the recording can earn ½ credit. Complete the Affiliate/Continuing Education Credit Form and email it to me to receive credit.  Include the credit name, date of credit, credit available, your signature and the date you signed.  I will verify for the event staff section on the form.  The deadline to email the form to me is December 31, 2021.

NDSBMCP Retake of Fall Courses:

  • Introduction to Accounting – 1.5 credits
  • Introduction to Payroll – 1.5 credits

Graduate students may retake any of the NDSBMCP offered courses for credit. Students must have completed and received a passing grade in the course to retake.  Students retaking a class for continuing education credit will receive a discounted rate and continuing education credit. Classes begin January 3, 2022 . The registration deadline is December 31, 2021.

To receive credit, students will need to email a paragraph to me on what they learned from retaking the class. Students will have until May 15, 2022 to complete the assignment. Students retaking the course do not need to complete the class assignments.

NDSBA Annual Convention and Law Seminar or New Member Seminar
Remember to get your credit forms in if you attended the NDSBA Annual Convention in October or the New Member Seminar or Law Seminar.  The NDSBA Annual Convention is worth one credit and the New Member Seminar OR Law Seminar is worth one credit.

Complete the Affiliate/Continuing Education Credit Form and email it to me to receive credit.  Include the credit name, date of credit, credit available, your signature and the date you signed.  I will verify for the event staff section on the form.  Feel free to put the seminar and convention on one form.  The deadline to email the form to me is December 31, 2021.
