NDSBMCP students can receive ½ credit for attending each event. To receive credit, complete the Affiliate/Continuing Education Credit Form and submit to me at rebecca.duben@ndsba.org . Include the credit name, date of credit, credit available, your signature and the date you signed. I will verify for the event staff section on the form.

Complete the affiliate credit form if you attended the DPI training. If DPI does make a recording available, you may watch that and submit the form for credit. The recording may be shared via the DPI Weekly Blast.
