  • Procurement Training
The Procurement Officer Certification program provides employees responsible for purchasing with training related to the type of procurement they conduct. It consists of four levels. Each level does provide core procurement training that is a building block for the next higher level.  Each level is also a pre-requisite for the next level. For questions about training, email the OMB State Procurement Office at infospo@nd.gov or 701.328.2740. You can also visit the State Procurement website to view upcoming classes and register.
