NDSBA Webinar Series: School Finance Series – March 2023
NDSBMCP students can receive up to 2 ½ credits (1/2 credit for each webinar) for having attended each of the March School Finance Webinars over Zoom or by viewing each of the recordings. Webinar series information and registration for the recordings and materials can be found here. Students must complete the Affiliate/Continuing Education Credit Form and email it to Patty VerDouw to receive credit. Include the credit name, date of credit, credit available, your signature and the date you signed.
NDSBA Brunch & Learn: TFFR Updates and Coverages Overview – April 19 @ 9 a.m.

Virtual TFFR Employer Info Mixer – Year End Reporting – April 19
April 19, 2023 from 2:00 – 2:45 p.m. CT
If you joined the fourth annual TFFR Info Mixer, and last one for this school year, please fill out an Affiliate/Continuing Education Credit Form to receive credit. In the future, TFFR Info Mixers will be offered most months during the school year and will cover a variety of TFFR topics (to help learn something new or as a refresher), so stay tuned for more opportunities.

HR Collaborative’s 2023 Six-Session Summer Virtual Series – June-August, 2023
Students can receive up to 3 credits (1/2 credit for each webinar) for attending the HR Collaborative’s six-session Summer Virtual Series. The sessions will take place at the following times and dates:

- From 10-11:15 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, June 21
- From 10-11:15 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, July 12

Second Annual Virtual Audit Summit – July 19 @ 8:45 a.m.
Students can receive 1 credit for attending the free, virtual Summit. The Summit is a perfect opportunity to come together and learn about the latest in preparing your audits, important details surrounding your single audit, budgeting through the eyes of an auditor, and more. With a diverse range of topics and speakers from our office, attendees will gain valuable insights and knowledge to improve audit practices.

NDDPI and NDSBA Board Member Bootcamp – August 7 @ 9 a.m.
NDSBMCP students can receive one credit for attending the face-to-face School Board Member Bootcamp. On August 7, 2023 the NDDPI and North Dakota School Boards Association (NDSBA) will once again team up to host a one-day school board member training. The training will allow board members to gain information and updates pertaining to current educational topics. New and veteran board members are encouraged to take part in the bootcamp. The bootcamp is free and will take place at the state capitol in Bismarck. More information and the agenda can be found here.
