About the Instructor

Annique Lockard

Annique Lockard joined the Office of Attorney General as an Assistant Attorney General in December 2020. Her responsibilities include the open records and meetings portfolio and serving as general counsel for multiple professional licensing boards. Annique graduated from Minot State University (at Bismarck State College) in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and from the University of North Dakota School of Law with her Juris Doctor in 2016. She has been licensed to practice law in North Dakota since 2017. Prior to her appointment as an Assistant Attorney General, she worked in the natural gas industry, for non-profit legal aid, and in private practice. Annique resides in Bismarck with her family, which includes a grumpy cat and a spaniel puppy.

Final Exam

The final exam for this class will be an online, 25 question, multiple choice, test.  You may use your lecture notes and course resources to answer these questions. Once you have completed the exam, click “Submit.” A screen will appear with your recorded answers and final exam score. The exam due date is January 2, 2023.

The final exam must be proctored by your superintendent or board president. A protector verification form must be completed and emailed to patty.verdouw@ndsba.org by January 2, 2023, to validate the final exam.
