About the Instructor
Mary Kae Kelsch has been with the Attorney General’s office since 2002. She is the director of the state and local division of the office. Prior to being the director of the division, she held the open record and meetings portfolio. Mary Kae is a graduate of the University of North Dakota and the University of North Dakota School of Law. She lives in Bismarck with her husband and two kids.

The final exam for this class will be an online, 25 question, multiple choice, test. You may use your lecture notes and course resources to answer these questions. Once you have completed the exam, click “Show Results.” A screen will appear with your recorded answers and final exam score. The exam due date is January 2, 2021.
The final exam must be proctored by your superintendent or board president. A protector verification form must be completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by January 2, 2021, to validate the final exam.
