Registration:<\/strong> The Procurement Officer Certification program provides employees responsible for purchasing with training related to the type of procurement they conduct. It consists of four levels. Each level does provide core procurement training that is a building block for the next higher level.\u00a0 Each level is also a pre-requisite for the next level.
