It consists of four levels. Each level does provide core procurement training that is a building block for the next higher level.\u00a0 Each level is also a pre-requisite for the next level. In-person class. Combined with Level 4 certification training.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Level 3 and 4 is 7 hours.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">One affiliate credit for completing Level 3 and 4. Email a copy of your certificate to the NDSBA office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Level 4 Formal: Certification is intended for employees who make formal purchases of $100,000 and over. In-person class.
