About the Instructor<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Dr. Mike Bitz has worked in education for over 30 years and is currently superintendent of Mandan Public Schools, a district with over 4,000 students and budget of over $48 million. \u00a0He previously served as superintendent in Hillsboro and Milnor, and North Sargent Public Schools, giving him with insight into school district operations in rural environments. \u00a0He received his doctorate in educational leadership from the University of North Dakota in 2008. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
